Forget Heaven forget Hell. #Forget the end of the world forget the Angels forget the Demons forget everything. #This is the most beautiful and heart-wrenching thing we’ve seen on the show. This is what makes the show real and relatable. #These two boys grew up in shitty conditions. They didn’t know what a real childhood was. They didn’t know anything other than this car. #And they made it home. They managed to grow up good. They grew up goddamn heroes. #The boys who had nothing and never complained #they grew up #and decided to use their lives to save people who didn’t necessarily ask for it. #They never really had anything and yet they unblinkingly give everything. #And despite not having a lot of things they made the best of what they did have. #And what they had was a silly old car and silly little toys. #They made the car theirs and as long as she was purring they knew they were okay. #They were safe. #They were home.

Can you imagine passing a ‘67 Impala on the road and being like “holy fuck that looks just like Baby”
and then pulling up next to it and realizing it was Jensen driving?
I think most of us would run around screaming “IT’S ALL REAL.”
“It’s all real.”
“I KNEW IT!”
I think I would have an accident if this happened since I’d be squeeing too much to control my car. XD

The Impala, of course, has all the things other cars have. And a few things they don’t, but none of that stuff’s important. This is the stuff that’s important. The army man that Sam crammed into the ashtray, it’s still stuck there. The Legos that Dean shoved into the vents: to this day, heat comes on, they can hear them rattle. These are the things that make the car theirs. Really theirs. Even when Dean rebuilt her from the ground up, he made sure all these little things stayed, because it’s the blemishes that make her beautiful.
